- On-premise Sale: Favors Estate Liquidations offers on-premise or in-home sale using our distinct sale method. We also coordinate the removal or clean-out of unsold items to our 12,000 square foot warehouse and storefront as a part of our complete estate liquidation services. Short-term storage is available if you contract with us.
- Buy-outs/Outright Purchase: Favors Estate Liquidations will purchase the entire contents of an estate out right if an on-site estate sale is not preferred or practical.
- Estate Clean-outs: Favors Estate Liquidations will come to your home and provide an estimate of the cost of removing or clean-out of the entire content of an estate. The clean-out process includes:
- Appliance removal and disposal
- Broom clean
- Carpet removal and disposal
- Donations
- Fine cleaning
- Garage
- Kitchenware and Bathrooms
- Moving and packing of items
- Pet waste removal
- Recycling / Dumping
