Our appraiser is a member of the Appraisers Association of America. This enables us to provide adept appraisal services to lawyers, estate executors, fiduciary advisors and private clients. We are distinguishable from other companies by the number of repeat clients, referrals and making the client our top priority.

Our clients choose Favors Estate Liquidations for appraisal of charitable donation, insurance, estate valuation, taxation purposes or to discover a possible selling price for the personal property in question.

Fair Market Value Appraisals

A fair market value appraisal is the value of an item or personal property in the current auction market. Appraisals for estate sales, outright purchase, clean-outs, hauling or consignment purposes are free. Therefore, no appraisal fees will apply.

Auction Appraisal

An auction appraisal is equivalent to a fair market value appraisal.

Insurance Appraisals

An insurance appraisal or replacement-value appraisal is the cost of replacing an item of personal property in the current market. Our certified appraiser is available to evaluate the item by appointment in your home or at the San Francisco Antique Gallery. A low fee of $100 an hour is attached to these appraisals.
