Where it all began
During family visits to his grandparents' house, Joan Favors became aware of her son John's innate curiosity and attentiveness to unique household objects. John Favors' propensity to explore these unfamiliar objects began to materialize during his early teenage years, while working with his father, Jack Favors, in the San Francisco Bay area.John later moved to Oregon for college, where he liquidated his first estate under his own name as a means of providing service to his community. Sensitive to the frustration that comes with liquidating the contents of a love one's estate, John quickly established a reputation for conducting some of the most challenging estate liquidation jobs. His clients often described John as someone with integrity, trustworthiness and reliability in efficiently handling one of life's most challenging events. It was then that John began to envision a company that would deliver a type of customer care that focuses on being responsive to clients' needs.
